DIRECTOR OF EARTHWORK SERVICES
Mr. Kuhl co-founded Wallace, Van Alstine & Kuhl in 1984 and has since acted as Principal in charge of Laboratory, Earthwork and Construction Testing Services.Mr. Kuhl has been responsible for Geotechnical Engineering Services for many large planned community developments, such as Serrano El Dorado, Whitney Oaks, Lakeside Community and Riverlake. Mr. Kuhl's specialty is large scale earthwork projects. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Davis. He is registered by the State of California as a Civil Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer. Mr. Kuhl previously worked for another consulting firm as Vice President of Earthwork Construction and for the State of California Department of Transportation. Mr. Kuhl is a member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories, the Building Industry Association of Superior California and the Association of Soil and Foundation Engineers.
