SENIOR ENGINEER Mr. Redford supervises the laboratory, provides engineering oversight for materials testing and inspection services, and is responsible for various special projects. Mr. Redford has been involved in testing, inspection and engineering since 1980 and has worked on projects throughout California, Colorado, and Nevada. His experience includes structural design calculations and production of plans, specifications, and estimates for various projects, including bridge seismic retrofit and widenings, buildings, highway improvements, and retaining walls. He has directed geotechnical engineering studies and prepared reports for a number of projects in California. Mr. Redford has also performed and supervised extensive field and laboratory testing and inspection of construction materials for a wide range of commercial, industrial, military, school, and hospital projects. He has directed the investigation and load testing of existing structures and has been involved in forensic investigations of numerous structures and pavements. Mr. Redford received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Redford is registered in the State of California as a Civil and Geotechnical Engineer and as a NICET Level III Engineering Technician. He is also a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Central California.

MATERIALS TESTING MANAGER Mr. Langlois has been employed in the field of construction testing and inspection since 1980. Some of the larger projects that he has been involved with in the Sacramento area include the Intel FM5 Facility, Lincoln Plaza, Capitol Bank, Highway 99 AC Overlay, UCDMC Parking Garage, Methodist Hospital Thermal Storage Unit, The Money Store, the Pedestrian Bridge at California State University, Sacramento, and Parkview Elementary School in Galt. Prior to joining Wallace-Kuhl & Associates, Inc. in 1989, Mr. Langlois was employed for 9 years in the quality control department of a West Sacramento precast concrete company. Mr. Langlois holds certifications from the International Conference of Building Officials, the American Concrete Institute, the American Welding Society and the American Society for Non-destructive Testing. Additionally, he is an Approved Masonry Inspector for the California Division of the State Architect (DSA).

MATERIALS TESTING MANAGER Mr. Windhorst has been special inspector for many of Sacramento's major mid to high-rise buildings including the Attorney General Building, Small Claims & Traffic Court, UCDMC Cancer Center, General Sherman Medical Building, SMUD Cogeneration Plant at Procter & Gamble, UCDMC Cogeneration Plant, UCDMC Parking Garage, and the Raymond Case Elementary School. He is a graduate of North Central Area Vocational Technical School, Kansas. Mr. Windhorst was employed for several years by Combustion Engineering as a certified welder before joining Wallace-Kuhl & Associates, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Windhorst has certifications from the International Conference of Building Officials, the American Concrete Institute, the American Welding Society and the American Society for Non-destructive Testing. He is active in the American Welding Society.

PROJECT ENGINEER Mr. Hunn has been involved in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing and inspection since 2001. His project experience includes geotechnical engineering studies for residential projects, commercial projects, schools, and pavement design and rehabilitation projects. Mr. Hunn has also performed field and laboratory testing and inspection of construction materials for residential, commercial, school, and hospital projects. Mr. Hunn received his Bachelor of Science degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is currently working on his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Hunn is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
