Andrew S. Wallace

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wallace began working for WKA in 1985 while attending California State University, Chico, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Health Care Management. He rejoined the firm in 1995 as the company's Controller and Operations Manager. He now serves as WKA’s Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Wallace's professional and civic affiliations include serving on the Board of Directors of Presidio Insurance Company LTD and as a past Board Member of First Northern Bank.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce, for which he served as President in 2007. Mr. Wallace served as a Board Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of West Sacramento and serves on the Board of Directors for the West Sacramento Rotary Foundation. He is a School Board Member and Co-Founder of Delta Elementary Charter School in Clarksburg and Lighthouse Charter School in West Sacramento.  In 2010, Mr. Wallace was awarded the West Sacramento Businessperson of the Year, in 2015, he was honored as Volunteer of the Year by the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce and in 2019, he received the Art Savage Entrepreneur of the Year Award.



Eric Trotter


Mr. Trotter directs accounting operations for Wallace-Kuhl, including client invoicing, accounts payable and payroll, and plays pivotal roles with other service delivery support functions within the firm. He advanced to his present position after joining Wallace-Kuhl in September 2004 as Operations Coordinator, with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day facilities, vehicle fleet, administrative staff and other business support operations, as well as managing collections activities.

His diverse business management background includes 10 years in the agribusiness sector as a client representative, facility manager and business lending officer. He additionally has accrued five years in staff-level finance, budgeting and capital project management roles in state government and public charter schools. Mr. Trotter received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business at California State University, Fresno.

Alice Brown


Ms. Brown brings over 30 years business and marketing experience (24 years within the A/E industry) to Wallace-Kuhl. Her background includes working with some of the largest firms both domestically and internationally (in both the transportation and environmental science arenas) for client/project research and market development; teaming strategy and coordination; and writing/editing of proposals and presentations. During her career, she has prepared over 1500 proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations and has successfully edited documents for a variety of service sectors, including civil engineering, bio-sciences, water/waste water, geotechnical, and construction management. Ms. Brown is also well experienced in Alternative Delivery methods, having managed the proposal and presentation efforts for several multi-million dollar design-build and CM@Risk (CMAR) projects across the country.

Her overall responsibility with Wallace-Kuhl is for the development of a strategic marketing plan for the Northern California region. This includes positioning the firm with multiple clients in diverse disciplines and markets in the pursuit of new work (from the early pre-positioning stage, through proposal, interview, and contract negotiations). Additionally, Ms. Brown will drive the development of individual strategic marketing plans for each Wallace-Kuhl Client Manager for current and new clients.
